1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ze ("777ze", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777ze.club and any associated mobile applications or platforms ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on 777ze, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules referenced herein. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 777ze, including the sportsbook, live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, poker rooms, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use 777ze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful for you as an individual. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 777ze, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that covers 777ze, nor have been previously excluded from the Platform by 777ze.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Age Verification Process

777ze is legally obligated to verify the age and identity of all players before permitting withdrawal of funds and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued play. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport;
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months as proof of address;
• A selfie photograph or video call verification as instructed by our compliance team;

If 777ze has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals placed on hold, and the matter referred to the relevant compliance team. 3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777ze at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 777ze reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicates, and suspend pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 777ze account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ze login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use any automated login tools. 777ze will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ze support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

777ze accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials, or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with another person.

3.4 Account Currency

777ze accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonus amounts, and bet settlements will be processed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Deposits & Payments

777ze accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposit transactions must be initiated from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 777ze account.
• 777ze does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 777ze account in real time in most cases. In the event of a delay, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 777ze reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of ongoing AML compliance obligations.

5. Withdrawals & KYC

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. 777ze will not release funds to an unverified account.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier for each payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• 777ze reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, or where account activity has triggered an internal review.

5.1 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses

If your account holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the wagering requirement is met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing an active bonus requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. The full balance less the forfeited bonus may still be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777ze offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum odds: Free bet and matched deposit bonus wagering may require bets to be placed at minimum odds as specified in each promotion.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the bonus terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire within the period stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse prevention: 777ze reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and close any account found to be abusing bonus terms, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play.

7. Betting Rules & Sportsbook

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 777ze, including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake and maximum payout limits published in the sportsbook for each market and event.
• Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet should be treated as unconfirmed and you should contact support.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 777ze's trading desk. Markets may be suspended or restricted at any time during a live event. Bets accepted during a market suspension are void.
• 777ze reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error is identified, where the bet was accepted after the event or market had concluded, or where there is clear evidence of system error.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your available balance and available for withdrawal subject to the terms of any applicable bonus.

7.1 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold defined in 777ze's sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, the minimum completion threshold is defined in the Cricket Betting Rules available in the Help section of the platform.

8. Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games available on 777ze — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment overseen by human dealers in licensed studios.

• RNG systems used in 777ze casino games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• 777ze does not manipulate game outcomes. The Company has no ability to adjust RNG outcomes in real time, and no operator-side controls exist that would allow game results to be altered in favour of or against any individual player.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777ze and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Allowing any other person to access or use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to abuse bonus terms;
• Colluding with other players in casino table games or poker;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with other players' experience;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 777ze reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold or forfeit account balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

777ze is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon saving.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of elapsed session time at intervals you choose.
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 777ze for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ze.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ze shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside the reasonable control of 777ze;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from account suspension or closure;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider content accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777ze's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data

777ze collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected only for lawful purposes related to account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 777ze does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to Terms

777ze reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 777ze account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 777ze will process any pending verified withdrawals to the extent permitted and close the account. Note that self-excluded accounts follow a separate process as described in the Responsible Gaming section.

15.2 Termination by 777ze

777ze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Regulatory instruction or licensing obligation;
• Sustained account inactivity (as defined in the Dormant Account Policy available on request).

Where an account is closed by 777ze due to a Terms breach or fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, available balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ze holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process
